I was truly impressed how Paul’s Leading with a Story, actually humanizes us all. Short of walking around as a pompous jackass, all of ones so called knowledge doesn’t mean a thing IF you can’t show people that you really care about what concerns them, or that you ARE just like them. And be it how this widgit will help them with their daily chores/tasks or whether you can assist them in creating a plan, structure or strategy to “make it to another level”,. You will never accomplish that, if the people around you, can’t relate to you. A Good storyteller is not just believable, but they can also inspire/ motivate others. That testimony (like the song would say ) helps me want to do more.. do better and help someone else, along the way. Hat’s off to Don for allowing us to listen in on that interview. It was simply stated, but full of ideas, and in retrospect gives us all pause to remember we got into the business of helping others: or helping them give birth to their dream.
